UL94V0 fire-retardant foam2

This silicone foam has a flame retardant property of UL94-V0, and has good flame retardant and thermal insulation properties. Its density is about 170KG/m3, and its hardness is about 18-25 degrees. It is an essential auxiliary material for lithium batteries.

Remarks: silicone foam can be backed with flame retardant double-sided adhesive (the flame retardant level of the matching double-sided adhesive also reaches V0)

Introduction to flame retardant grade

The flame retardant grade of plastics increases gradually from HB, V-2, V-1 to V-0:

HB: the lowest flame retardant grade in UL94 standard. The burning speed shall be less than 40mm/min for samples 3 to 13mm thick; For samples less than 3 mm thick, the burning speed is less than 70 mm per minute; Or turn off before the 100mm mark.

V-2: After two 10 second combustion tests on the sample, the flame will extinguish within 60 seconds. It can ignite the cotton wool below 30cm.

V-1: After two 10 second combustion tests on the sample, the flame will extinguish within 60 seconds. Do not ignite the cotton wool below 30cm.

V-0: The flame will extinguish within 10 seconds after the sample is burned twice for 10 seconds
